Stephanie Robertson is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern providing services in Royal Palm Beach. She is deeply committed to empowering each of her clients to thrive, achieve success, and find fulfillment. As a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University she has experience working with people of all ages, including couples and families, specializing in anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem building, relationships, life transitions and parental support. She listens with compassion and places high importance on truly understanding the unique and individual needs of each client in order to create a perfectly customized treatment plan.
Stephanie upholds a collaborative approach to therapy and promotes confidence and ease by providing a relaxed and safe environment. She believes each of us are compelled by our own power to live the best life possible and works with clients to promoted growth and healing. She utilizes a strength based approach integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, coaching techniques, and other research based interventions to guide her clients to take control of their own lives.
