Cheyenne Rich, M.A

Cheyenne Rich is a registered mental health counselor, dedicated to guiding and assisting individuals throughout their lives. Holding a master’s degree in mental health counseling. She specializes in trauma-informed care, eating disorders, behaviors and communication. She is currently completing her PhD in marriage and family therapy with a focus on children and adolescents.  

Originally from Long Island, New York Cheyenne comes from a diverse background moving to and from several states. She is committed to helping her clients help themselves. She believes in working together with her clients as a team to reach their desired goals.  

Cheyenne has 10 years of experience with children with emotional disorders, several years of substance abuse, eating disorders and trauma. She believes in honest therapy and open communication. She feels it is imperative to create a safe environment for each client, tailored to their individual needs. She will equip each client with a new focus and confidence to face their daily life and any struggles they encounter.
