Diamond Alridge, MA, MSW (Intern)

Diamond Alridge is an MSW intern passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults, and neurodivergent individuals through strengths-based approaches. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Services (MHS) with a specialization in Social and Community Services and is currently completing her Master of Social Work as she works toward clinical licensure.

With over a several years of experience in human services, Diamond integrates Solution-Focused and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques into her work, helping clients develop practical skills, improve emotional regulation, and work toward their goals. Her areas of focus include identity development, school stress, family dynamics, and behavioral challenges.

Diamond believes in creating a safe and collaborative space where clients feel heard, empowered, and confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.
