Cole Corbett, BA
Cole is a pre-licensed professional who brings three years of dedicated counseling experience to his practice, with a specialized background in working within Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs. Having worked in these high-support settings, Cole is skilled at helping individuals navigate complex emotional challenges and develop practical tools for daily life. He is currently further sharpening his expertise at Grand View University, where he is completing his degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With a compassionate, straightforward approach, Cole focuses on making the therapeutic process feel clear and approachable, ensuring his clients feel supported as they work toward their personal goals.
Cole enjoys tailoring Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet the unique developmental needs of clients across the lifespan, from adolescents to adults. By adapting core skills such as mindfulness and emotional regulation, I help individuals of all ages build a 'life worth living' at every stage of growth.
It makes sense that you feel overwhelmed right now; navigating these challenges on your own is incredibly taxing, and you deserve a space where your experiences are truly seen.
