Kelsey Bruchal, MS
Kelsey Bruchal is a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. She is especially passionate about helping teenagers and young adults in their 20s navigate identity development, relationship concerns, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, and personal growth.
Her approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in systemic thinking. Kelsey incorporates Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify strengths, build on what is already working, and create practical, goal-oriented steps toward meaningful change. She strives to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop tools for lasting growth.
In addition to her clinical training, Kelsey holds a master’s degree in Exercise Science and has a background in fitness and nutrition. She understands the powerful connection between physical health and emotional well-being and values an integrative, holistic approach that supports both mind and body.
Outside of the therapy room, Kelsey enjoys staying active, spending time at the gym, and connecting with friends and family. She can often be found exploring new coffee shops or unwinding with a good book or podcast.
