Diamond Alridge, MSW, M.S., is a dedicated social work professional passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults, and neurodivergent individuals. With Master’s degrees in Social Work and Human Services, Diamond brings a warm, strengths-based approach rooted in empathy, empowerment, and intentional growth.
Her practice is guided by Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) frameworks, helping clients develop emotional regulation skills, navigate stress, and build healthier relationships. She has a special interest in identity development, family dynamics, behavioral challenges, and life transitions.
Diamond creates a gentle, welcoming, and collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and encouraged to explore their goals at their own pace. Her approach is grounded in compassion, cultural responsiveness, and a deep belief in every person’s ability to heal and thrive.
Outside of her professional work, Diamond enjoys family life, coaching youth volleyball, and developing creative tools that promote self-awareness, confidence, and well-being.
