Nicholas Fisher, BS (Student Intern)
Nicholas Fisher is a Counseling Practicum Student focusing on mental health counseling, as well as marriage and family therapy. He is also a current active duty service member in the United States Army with 10 years of service. His military background has helped shape his commitment to discipline, resilience, leadership, and serving others with care and purpose.
Nicholas is dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they work through life challenges, personal growth, relationship concerns, anxiety, stress, and major life transitions. His approach to counseling is compassionate, collaborative, and client centered. He incorporates methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to help clients identify strengths, develop healthier thought patterns, and create practical steps toward meaningful change.
Nicholas strives to create a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. He believes every client deserves empathy, care, and dedication throughout the counseling process. His goal is to help clients build resilience, improve relationships, and develop tools that support long term emotional wellness.
Outside of counseling, Nicholas enjoys playing video games, traveling, attending concerts, and working out.
